women in the profession workshop
ELEVATE THE CONVERSATION TO DISCOVER HOW YOUR COMMUNITY CAN SUPPORT ONE ANOTHER WITH A CUSTOM SURVEY AND WORKSHOP
We are at a tipping point in the professional world of work. Nearly all of us are talking privately about issues of gender equality and what is appropriate behavior. Having the conversation in private is important, but if we want to move the needle, we must have more conversations about gender equality in a public forum with our fellow community members.
But it is not easy to discuss these topics in the open. We don’t always say in public what we will readily share in private. Survey data uncovers and gives a voice to issues that might otherwise remain unnoticed. Understanding what is happening in the community is how individuals begin to improve the workplace for women and men. After all, we cannot change what we cannot see.
Erin works with you in advance of the workshop to prepare and conduct a survey of community members. She analyzes the responses to find themes that will shape the community conversation.
At the close of the workshop, your community will have uncovered opportunities for individuals to move the needle to improve the workplace for everyone. Community members will gain the data and new perspectives needed to succeed together in the modern world of work.
We are all talking privately about issues of gender equality and wondering how we as individuals can be part of the solution. Having the conversation in private is important, but if we want to move the needle, we need to have more of these conversations about gender equality in a public forum with our fellow community members. After all, we cannot change what we cannot see.
